Welcome to Frisco Smile Solutions! Our goal is to provide you with excellent dental care for the whole family, in a comfortable pleasant environment. Through proper home preventive care and regular checkups at our office, we believe you can have a beautiful smile for a lifetime!
The appointment will typically consist of a thorough examination including oral cancer screening, blood pressure, charting and possibly periodontal probing. New x-rays may be recommended to complete the examination.
Forms are available in this “Patient” section which you can print and mail to us or bring in with you. As a service to our patients, we will submit your primary insurance claims for you so please provide us with your insurance information before your appointment (via email or call us). All secondary insurance claims will be the patients responsibility, and payment for non-covered portions if applicable, is expected at time of service.
